Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team and focus on SolidWorks software sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and providing expert guidance on SolidWorks solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
o Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods. Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
o Product Demonstrations: Conduct online demonstrations and presentations of SolidWorks software to showcase its features, benefits, and value to potential customers.
o Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client. Provide tailored solutions and recommendations that align with their business objectives and requirements.
o Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
o Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
o Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. Coordinate with the technical support team to address client inquiries and ensure a smooth implementation process.
o Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics. Prepare regular reports for management to review progress and identify areas for improvement.
o Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Share insights and feedback to help shape product offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
o Experience: 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in software sales or a technical field. Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is highly desirable.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong presentation and demonstration abilities.
o Ability to understand and convey technical information clearly.
